If you are moving into a new home or an existing one, the floor refinishing process could take three to four days, at which time you'd be able to walk on the floors. We strip down the existing floor and re-coat it with new water base polyurethane or oil base polyurethane. You can choose from three types of finishes - gloss, semi-gloss, or satin - for the final finishing coat.

We also do the sanding only when needed, such as on the outside deck, where you can put down the deck stain or repaint what you have to give it a new protective coating.
